Corn Chowder

Saute:
1/2 sweet pepper
1/2 onion
1 potato, chopped

Add:
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
3 c veggie broth
1 tsp salt
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp marjoram
Simmer 20 minutes.

Add:
2 c corn

Blend:
2 c soymilk
1 c corn
Blend until super creamy.

Remove soup from heat and add
creamy mixture.  Do not boil after
adding.
